4th Annual Community Clean-up

Roll up your sleeves and help clean-up our community this spring. A free BBQ lunch will be provided to everyone who volunteers!

Once you’ve signed in, simply identify a park space, pathway, playground or other public space within the community that you’d like to spruce up. The Clean-up covers the entire WSCR community including:

• Cougar Ridge
• Keturah
• Springside
• Stone Meadow
• Wentworth
• West Cedar
• West Jensen
• West Park
• West Springs Farm & Ranch

Volunteers will be provided with protective gloves and bags for collecting the trash they find. Once collected, the volunteers will be asked to return the trash to the WSCR booth. The folks from 1-800-GOT-JUNK will be on-hand to take everything away. Recyclable material will be sorted at their central processing station.

Drop off your unwanted electronics!

Recycle Logic will be on-hand to talk about their electronics recycling service (based at the Currie Barracks near the Farmers’ Market) but they’ll also have a container available for you to drop-off your unwanted computers, TVs and other electronics.
