Bylaws and Objects

The membership, at a Special General Meeting held on March 29, 2011 approved the recall and replacement of the existing bylaws with new Bylaws more suitable for a growing Community Association, and Objects that state the objectives of the Association.  These documents were submitted to Corporate Registries for approval and registration as required under the Societies Act.  The new Bylaws were approved by Corporate Registries and are now in effect. We expect the new Objects will come into effect shortly.
