Board Meeting Schedule
Board meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of every month, and unless the meeting room is not available, the meetings are held upstairs in the community room at the West Springs Calgary Co-op starting at 7:00pm. The schedule for the coming year is provided below. Exceptions to the schedule are for September 2011 and January 2012 due to proximity of statutory holidays. The Board does not normally meet in July or August. Board meetings are open to the public.
