Celebrate the Official Opening of our Community Hub & Garden
Saturday, September 8 at 9:45 a.m.
Join us on the patios for our Official Opening. It’s been a wonderful first growing season! Vegetables are ready for harvest. Our volunteer teams have been keeping the site and sheds looking tidy all season. Nine benches will be installed in the coming weeks. It’s time to celebrate! The speeches will begin at 10 a.m. and we promise to keep it short. There will be refreshments and time to socialize. Hope to see you there!

This was an opportunity for you to meet your fellow gardeners, hear more about completion of the garden, accessibility, watering, etc. and ask any questions that you may have or share any ideas for the garden.

On-line registration for garden beds in our Community Hub & Garden. One bed is still available.
We have just completed construction of some additional beds in the garden. Register now to avoid disappointment!
Garden Location: 25 Weston Park (off 73 St. adjacent to the soccer field & behind the Weston Drive plaza)
Bed size: Approximately 4 ft. x 8 ft. x 18 in. or 4 ft. x 8 ft. x 24 in.
Rental fee: $40 per bed for 2018 season (discounted from the regular price of $50 as there is some construction work remaining in the garden). The rental fee includes one garden bed (with soil), access to water, hoses, garden shed, resource materials and shared tools.
Garden season: Late May 2018 (exact date to be determined) to October 31, 2018
Each registered member may rent a maximum of two garden beds.
Note: To register for a second bed, use the “Guest” option at the bottom of your registration form.
Registration is only open to WSCRCA members in good standing.

To register for a garden bed:
Step 1: Open and review the Garden Map to identify which bed number(s) you prefer. Please choose 3 numbers in order of preference. You will need to enter these numbers on your registration form. Note that beds # 17 and 19 are 30 inches high and about 2 feet deep. These were designed to be accessible for people with mobility constraints, but are available to rent now by any member.
Step 3: Click on “Reserve your bed now“, complete the form, and make your payment.
Confirmation of bed rental:
Once you complete your registration form, you will have up to 24 hours to make your payment. Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled.
Within 5 days, you will receive a notice confirming your bed assignment. If for some reason you do not receive confirmation, please contact email@example.com
If you need to cancel your bed rental, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before 8 p.m.MT on May 20, 2018. Otherwise, refunds will only be issued if the bed is rented to another member for the 2018 season.
