1010-77th St SW (SE Corner 10th Ave/77th St)
Updated Oct 2011: A land use amendment (File LOC2011-0027) proposes to re-develop the southern portion of the 5 acres in the parcel on the SE corner of 10th Ave SW and 77th St SW. The parcel currently contains 2 existing homes in the north central portion of the parcel with one home having driveway access to 77th St SW and the other home having driveway access to 10th Ave SW. The amended application proposes that these 2 existing homes and their access remain ‘as is’, along with leaving the northern portion of the parcel undeveloped. It is proposed the south half of the parcel be sub-divided into 12 R1-s detached home lots in the form of bare land condominium units with cul-de-sac access to 77th St SW, opposite West Jensen Place SW. The northern undeveloped part of the parcel will be charged with a reserve caveat for the full allotment of S-SPR Municipal Reserve. The amended plan is located here
