Bri-Mor West Grove
Bri-Mor Developments has filed Land Use application LOC2010-0084 (West Grove – East) to amend Land Use for a ~5 acre parcel east of 73rd St SW and south of 10th Ave SW, and to close a portion of 10th Ave SW adjacent to the parcel. The application proposes to amend an earlier re-zoning of the parcel through re-configuration of open space, lot arrangement, and the proposed acquisition of 6m of 10th Ave SW right-of-way along the length of, and adjacent to, the parcel to increase lot size.
This application should not be confused with the existing ~15 acre West Grove development currently under construction on the west side of 73rd St SW.

June 2011 Update: The Applicant re-configured the Plan to eliminate the request for a 6m acquisition of 10th Ave ROW and satisfy both WSCR CA and adjacent landowner concerns per this Outline Plan This application was approved by the CPC on March 31st and by City Council in a public hearing on June 13th, 2011.
