Teen Fitness Training Program at Ironside Fitness
When: Wednesday afternoons starting at 4:15 p.m. Duration: 8 weeks (Feb. 10 – Mar. 30, 2016)
What: This is a program for teens aged 15-19 yrs old which provides fitness and strength exercises, plus nutrition, goal-setting, and mindset presentation.
The program includes seven unique high-intensity workouts plus a goal-setting and mindset presentation by Ironside Fitness owner and former National Team Halfpipe Snowboarder and Olympian Charmaine Ironside.
Space in the program is limited to 15 teenagers so all teens get attention and feedback on their form during the strength training workouts.
Payment is payable to Ironside Fitness directly.
Pricing: As a WSCRCA Member, the cost for each teenager is only $40 (plus GST) for the full eight-week program.
Non-members will pay $72 (plus GST).

All Participants will be required to complete and sign a PAR-Q Form before the Week 2 session. Anyone under the age of 16 would need a parent’s signature on the form. Anyone age 16 or older may sign for themselves.
