The WCRR  is the final 9km of the Calgary Ring Road from the Bow River Bridge south to Highway 8.

WCRR consists of three projects:

  3. South Project – includes the interchange of OBCR south to Hwy 8. To be awarded as a Design-Build contract (DB2) in the Spring of 2020.

The WCRR will be completed at the end of 2022 when the Calgary Ring Road will be fully operational.
