2025 AGM
You are invited to join us at our 2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
To be eligible to become a Board member, you need to be over 18 years of age and be a member in good standing before May 17, 2025. You can sign up for a free volunteer membership here.
At the AGM you can look forward to us providing a look back on the past year, updating on what we have planned and learn more about how you can get involved.
DIRECTORS:
We are looking for new faces to join our Board, and it's a great way to connect with and give back to your community. Please reach out to us at admin@wscr.ca for more information or sign up on our website here.
This year, we are looking for a new BOARD PRESIDENT, SPONSORSHIP DIRECTOR, and PLANNING DIRECTOR.
VOTING:
To be eligible to vote, you must be a Regular (non-associate) member who lives within the association boundaries, over 18 years of age, and must be in good membership standing for at least nine (9) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Members may also vote for Directors by proxy by completing this AGM Proxy form. Proxy forms must be received three (3) days prior to the AGM date.

2024 AGM
The 2024 Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
Monthly Board Meetings
WSCRCA Board meetings are generally held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs community room of the West Springs Calgary Co-op on 85th Street SW and online via Microsoft Teams.
Board meetings are open to the public, and anyone in the community is welcome to attend.
Please email admin@wscr.ca for the online link to attend virtually.
If you would like to discuss a particular issue or idea, please notify our Board Secretary by email at least one week before the meeting at secretary@wscr.ca.
The Board does not normally meet in July or August.
Minutes of past board meetings are available and will be posted on an ongoing basis.
