Registration Instructions
Registration is only open toWSCRCA members in good standing. To join or renew your membership click here to sign up for a WSCRCA membership. You must maintain your membership throughout the entire gardening season.
To begin registration, click on the green button “Register” on the side of the page. Enter your WSCRCA login credentials, select the ticket for your bed, complete the registration form and make your payment. Click on the links above to view the garden and bed numbers or to view the Garden Handbook.
Waitlist Procedures for a New Bed
Bed rental is first come first serve.
At that time, you can register immediately for any open bed (two maximum per registrant) by following the registration instructions above. If you want a specific bed that is not available, you may join the electronic waitlist for that bed, if you have not already. You can also waitlist yourself for multiple beds.
Once logged in to the WSCR.ca Community Garden Event registration page, select “Add Ticket”, and click “Join Waitlist” for each bed you are interested in renting.
Now you are on the electronic waitlist. You and all other wait-listed people on that bed number will automatically be notified by email that the bed has become available.
When notified the bed is available, login to the system, select the Garden Registration Event, and choose to either "Add Ticket" (if you have not already rented a bed for the season) OR choose “Modify Registration” (if you have already rented for the season).
Select the bed you have been waiting for (unless someone else got there first) and choose to “Add Ticket.” You will need to cancel any bed you rented and no longer want and "Remove" it. Before you “Remove” your old bed from registration ensure you have successfully registered and paid for the new bed.
If you are unable to select or pay for an available or cancelled bed, it means another person was quicker in securing that bed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your bed rental, please log into the system, select the Community Garden Event, and click on "Modify Registration". Your current bed rental should appear. To the right select "Remove" and your registration will be cancelled. A refund will be automatically processed to your credit card.
Refunds will only be given for cancellations before April 15th. Otherwise, refunds will only be issued if the bed is rented to another member for the season.
Should you have to cancel, please ensure you clean your bed, emptying it of any plants and roots for the next gardener.
